Position:

Claims Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering internal and external phone and email inquiries, and providing information and explanations on contract coverage and terms. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers on benefit amounts

  • Request and distribute internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on contract coverage and claims processes
  • Manage workflow, process, and complete requests and documents according to established procedures
  • Collaborate with team members, working effectively in a friendly team environment
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and communicate effectively with internal staff, upper management, and customers
  • Other job duties as assigned

Key to Success:

* High school graduate or GED required

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills, with ability to problem-solve and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn new programs quickly and type at least 35 wpm
  • Automotive Service Department experience preferred, but not required
