Your Role As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments, primarily focusing on purchased debt buyer paper. You will need to patiently and professionally communicate with customers to encourage timely debt repayment while maintaining trustful relationships. Strong skip tracing and negotiation skills are essential to your success in this role. About You To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: At least 1 year debt collection experience. Proven experience in collecting on purchased paper. Strong skip tracing and negotiation skills. Capability of using technology effectively. Proven account management experience. Familiarity with collection laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good customer service orientation.
