Senior VC Analyst / Associate (Remote / EST Timezone)

An international investment syndicate is looking for a high-caliber Super Senior VC Analyst / Associate with a "classic" venture capital background (ex-Tier 1 international funds). We invest on a deal-by-deal basis into early-stage technological startups (Pre-seed / Seed / Series A) with a primary focus on the US and European markets. We are seeking an autonomous professional capable of serving as a true co-pilot to the fund's partners, managing transactions independently from initial sourcing to final closing. Key Responsibilities:

• Dealflow & Sourcing: Systematically identify, screen, and filter 10–20 high-potential startups per week on a global scale.
• Deep-dive Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive analysis of technology trends, business models, competitive landscapes, and unit economics.
• Investment Memos: Draft clear, structured, and institutional-grade (high-signal) investment memos for the Investment Committee.
• Deal Project Management: Coordinate all stages of deal execution, including legal compliance, due diligence auditing, and SPV administration.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven track record in Venture Capital (with a strong focus on US/EU markets), Investment Banking (IB), or Strategic Consulting (Big 3).
• Education: Degree from a top-tier global business school or university (e.g., CEMS, Bocconi, LSE, HEC, or equivalent).
• Hard Skills: Flawless market research, robust financial modeling skills, and the ability to write concise, high-signal texts in the standard American VC style.
• Languages: Fluent / Native-level English is mandatory; Russian is required for internal team communications.
• Mindset: High execution speed, exceptional level of autonomy, and full readiness to align your working schedule with the EST (US Eastern) timezone.
