Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Remote)
Role Overview Join the dynamic team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health support to our diverse clientele through our Community Health Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts. Your expertise will help individuals navigate their challenges and promote overall well-being within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, offering tailored mental health support.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulations.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and facilitate referrals for additional services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
