Workforce Management Consultant (contract)
Responsibilities
- Perform workforce management functions including capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring
- Utilize NiCE IEX for workforce management activities
- Analyze data and generate appropriate reporting to support workforce decisions
- Support workforce operations through data-driven insights and analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with NiCE IEX
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience within a healthcare provider environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
