Job Description Job Title: Painter Job Description You will be responsible for overseeing painting functions for residential and commercial clients. Our projects encompass both new construction and existing buildings, with a primary focus on interior walls, although exterior painting is also required. All work is conducted within a 25-mile radius of Milwaukee. Utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray guns, including HPLV Airless Sprayers, you will apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Conduct both interior and exterior painting for new constructions and existing buildings. Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects. Learn and execute airless spraying, brush and rolling, as well as cutting in without using tape. Interpret and work from blueprints. Complete paint preparation, application, and cleanup efficiently. Work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines. Essential Skills 2+ years of painting experience. 1+ year of commercial painting experience. Proficiency in blueprint reading, paint prep, and cleanup. Experience with airless spray painting, sanding, and drywall. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with multi-family and office buildings. Previous foreman experience. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. • 2+ years of painting experience
• 1+ year of commercial painting experience
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, paint prep, and cleanup
• Experience with airless spray painting, sanding, and drywall

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with multi-family and office buildings
• Previous foreman experience
