Part-Time Personal Assistant + Event Coordinator (Los Angeles, Hybrid)

Let’s turn my Pinterest boards into reality! I'm a detail-oriented, ambitious LA girl, 50% creative/chaotic energy and 50% CEO-vibes in my late 20s looking for a part-time personal assistant who’s super organized, flexible, has great taste, and is fun/easy to work with. I want someone discreet and patient who can help me with adulting, help me stay organized and follow through on the things I want to do. The first order of business will be to help me plan a multi-day birthday weekend with 16+ people. I have a clear vision and draft itinerary already built- I just need someone to help bring it to life and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Beyond that, I’d love ongoing help with general life logistics — life admin, travel planning, and keeping my time and tasks organized so things actually get done. I'd like to do a life audit together to figure out what General PA support will help me the most. Importantly, digital life organization (photo curation, file management, email organization, task organization, and device cleanup). For the birthday event planning, you'll be: -Budgeting and Sourcing rentals, accommodation, activities that match a specific vibe – and execute it all - Coordinating and managing logistics, and timelines - Communicating with vendors as necessary and keeping everything organized - thinking about what needs to be done to connect the dots between the mood board and the real-world execution Ongoing, you’ll be: - Curate and organize photos across devices, selecting the best to be reviewed for social media - Digital organization of computer files, email inbox, and phone with discretion Helping with travel planning and random life admin Keeping me on track with priorities and making things feel easy and handled - Keep me organized and executing on my goals Who I'm looking for: - Based in LA and able to work together in person sometimes - Talented with events, hospitality, or coordinating things for groups - Are very organized and naturally on top of things - Strong aesthetic taste- you have great taste and I could trust you to make decisions for me and pick options I’ll love - Extremely process oriented - a masterful queen of Motion and Notion - Trustworthy and discreet - you'll have access to personal files and information Fun, positive, calming, and easy to communicate with – someone who can move things forward and help me solve problems without adding stress To apply, please include: - any relevant experience (especially events or group trips) .
