Transaction Coordinator Opportunity with Seamless Real Estate Services Seamless Real Estate Services is growing and seeking an experienced, motivated Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build long-term agent relationships while growing their own scalable book of business. - Transaction coordination experience required
- Active real estate license and MLS access preferred
- Strong knowledge of listing and buyer-side transactions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Confidence prospecting and building agent relationships
About the Role
At Seamless Real Estate Services, we intentionally do not assign existing agents or files when someone joins the team. Our focus is on partnering with Transaction Coordinators who are motivated to build and grow their own book of business with the support of an established company behind them. We believe long-term success comes from a combination of company support and individual initiative. While we provide the tools, systems, guidance, and marketing resources needed to help generate opportunities, we also expect each TC to proactively prospect and cultivate agent relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and creating long-term growth opportunities for themselves.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and build relationships with real estate agents
- Manage transactions from contract to close
- Prepare listing and buyer-side documents
- Enter and manage MLS listings
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients
- Track deadlines and maintain compliance
