(Senior) Execution Manager (gn) - Strategic Tech Products
Start: Immediately | Level: Senior | Location: Germany, remote | Arbeitszeit: Full Time (40h/Week) As a (Senior) Execution Manager Strategic Tech Products (gn), you will play a key role in driving strategic technology initiatives within our Operations domain. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans and ensure successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives, create transparency around progress and risks, and help shape impactful technology solutions. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership topics and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic projects across the organization. Your mission You analyze, structure, and document requirements for strategic technology initiatives within the Operations domain You plan and manage cross-functional projects and ensure their successful execution across multiple teams and stakeholders You monitor project progress, identify risks early, and proactively drive mitigation actions You prepare management updates, steering committee materials, and decision-making proposals for senior leadership You coordinate communication between teams and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables You support Tech Product Leadership with strategic initiatives, analyses, and operational priorities You manage external IT providers, establish best-practice provider management processes, and support contract negotiations through to completion Your experience & skills You have several years of experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable role within a technology-driven environment You have a proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and results-oriented mindset You excel at stakeholder management and communicate effectively across all organizational levels You take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with technology, operations, digital transformation, or product-related projects is considered a strong advantage You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus Why choose us?
