Senior Home Health Recruiter
SENIOR HOME HEALTH RECRUITER Remote – United States HomeCare Providers is seeking an experienced Home Health Recruiter to help support our rapidly growing operations across multiple states. This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We are looking for a recruiter who has successfully recruited clinicians for Medicare-certified home health agencies and understands the challenges of attracting and retaining top clinical talent. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of Home Health recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, HHAs, and Medical Social Workers
- Experience recruiting across multiple states
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
30-DAY ASSESSMENT PERIOD All candidates hired for this position will begin with a 30-day assessment period. During this period, recruiters will be expected to demonstrate the ability to source, engage, and successfully hire high-quality clinical professionals for our organization. Successful completion of the assessment period may lead to promotion into a permanent Senior Home Health Recruiter position with increased compensation and bonus opportunities. COMPENSATION First 30 Days:
- Assessment salary
- Placement bonuses for successful hires
After Successful Completion:
- Base salary approximately $80,000 annually
- Monthly recruiting bonuses
