[Remote] Financial Advisor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Foresters Financial is a purpose-driven organization that helps everyday families achieve their financial goals. They are seeking a Financial Advisor to manage and build a customer database, primarily working with warm leads and existing clients through MS Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Use your sales expertise to help families and individuals achieve their financial goals
  • Manage and build your own customer database, working mainly with warm leads and existing clients
  • Book and complete a minimum of five customer appointments per day via MS Teams

Skills

  • Strong, demonstrable sales experience
  • An understanding of financial services (advantageous but not essential)
  • Motivation to achieve targets and a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships via MS Teams
  • Determination to close sales
  • Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills
  • A self‑starter mindset and the ability to work independently from home
  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Benefits

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays per annum
  • 3 weeks of initial training, followed by 6 months of study to achieve CF1
  • Pension scheme (you contribute 5%, the company contributes 10%)

  • Working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.
  • You will manage your own diary and appointments
