Short Summary Role Description: This is a part-time, remote Outbound Sales & Luxury Account Executive role based in Springfield, MO. The person in this role will focus on proactive outbound sales efforts, including identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored home design services to prospective clients and builders. The Basics Commission: 12.00% Commission details Our home plans average $7k–$30k+. On a 12% standard $15k project paid across 3 milestones, you'd earn $1,800 total:

  • Deposit: You earn $600
  • Approval: You earn $600
