Position Overview – Production Support Coordinator (Remote)

As a Production Support Coordinator for arenaflex, you will serve as the central hub for all programming, content, and partner‑related operations across the globe. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will coordinate live feeds, manage content ingestion pipelines, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a blend of technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver live programming and content feeds to regional partners worldwide, ensuring on‑time and error‑free transmission.
  • Create, edit, and schedule content using the QCut workflow, distributing assets via feed or file transfer mechanisms.
  • Utilize ADT, Media Search, and feed management tools to locate, ingest, and allocate media assets for various projects.
  • Maintain and update all VC and fiber routing tables to reflect current feed configurations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce and edit thumbnails and graphics using Photoshop and Creative Director tools for arenaflex’s streaming platforms, including the arenaflex Sports channel.
  • Transmit daily live feed logs and status reports to partner clients, providing transparent visibility into content delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve feed‑related issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, both internal and external.
  • Log cut and re‑feed requests into the Partner Management System, tracking progress and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Execute specialized tasks on the arenaflex Production Platform for global shows, including asset tagging, metadata enrichment, and quality control.
  • Support the Production Workspace by coordinating TVU (arenaflex) package shipments and camera equipment logistics for remote productions.
  • Provide continuous updates to stakeholders on changes to the Edge Store, Production Room, and related systems.
  • Document and enforce standard operating procedures for content acquisition, transfer (FTP, Hand‑off, WeTransfer, etc.), and delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production support, content operations, or a similar role within a media‑focused organization.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop and a solid understanding of graphic editing workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of content delivery technologies, including FTP, cloud‑based transfer services, and live streaming protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Spanish language (written and spoken) to support multilingual partner communications.
  • Familiarity with media asset management (MAM) systems and metadata standards.
  • Prior exposure to live broadcast operations, including scheduling, cueing, and real‑time troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of sports production workflows, particularly for live event coverage.
  • Certification or hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools such as QCut, ADT, or similar content processing platforms.
