D365 F&SCM Project Manager
Jackson James are working with a Microsoft Partner who are building out their D365 F&O practice. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a key role in establishing their PMO and methodology frameworks. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control across the full implementation lifecycle - from discovery through go-live and hyper care support.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and other executive leaders; lead steering committees and drive timely, informed decision-making.
- Facilitate fit-gap workshops and lead structured decision-making processes when gaps are identified, ensuring scope decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes are clearly documented and communicated.
- Lead all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, execution, defect resolution, and defining go/no-go readiness criteria in partnership with functional and technical teams.
- Drive change management, communication strategies, and end-user training initiatives, either directly or through dedicated resources, to maximize adoption and business readiness beyond technical implementation.
- Apply and adapt delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, to align with project objectives and client environments.
Requirements:
- 10 years’ experience managing MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementations
- Experience overseeing project budgets ranging from $3M to $15M and leading delivery teams of 15-40 people, including client personnel, team members, and external third-party partners.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification
