[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ScoutEPC is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven background sourcing and hiring professional-level candidates in technical and construction-related industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire placements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, networking, and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
- Evaluate resumes and technical backgrounds to determine candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Present qualified candidates with detailed screening notes and recommendations
- Ensure recruiting activities are completed in a timely and organized manner
Skills
- Previous experience recruiting professional and technical personnel required
- Proven experience placing candidates on a direct hire basis
- Strong resume review and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience interviewing candidates through virtual platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Experience recruiting within Engineering
