  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and gather feedback, ensuring each interaction aligns with arenaflex’s brand voice.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, update customer records in real time, and document outcomes to support seamless follow‑up actions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call‑volume targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to relay critical information gathered during calls, helping to refine outreach strategies.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assist in training new hires on data entry protocols, telecalling scripts, and CRM usage, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and customer service innovations that drive efficiency and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience in data entry, telecalling, or a related customer‑service role, preferably within a fast‑paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every data point entered is accurate and complete.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
  • Customer‑centric mindset, displaying empathy, patience, and a solution‑focused attitude in every interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and telecalling software is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with data validation tools, data cleansing techniques, or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for bulk data processing.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or staffing industry processes, understanding the flow of candidate information.
  • Certification in office administration, data management, or customer service excellence.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in languages commonly spoken in arenaflex’s target markets, to broaden outreach capabilities.
