Role Overview – Senior Financial Analyst (Part‑Time, Remote)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical thinker to join our arenaflex Parks, Experiences & Products (PEP) Florida Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This part‑time, remote position focuses on data entry, financial analysis, and strategic insight generation that directly influences guest experiences, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including operations, marketing, product development, and senior leadership—to translate raw data into actionable recommendations that shape the future of arenaflex’s iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate, high‑volume data entry and validation for financial datasets spanning theme parks, resorts, cruise operations, retail, and digital platforms.
- Analyze financial performance metrics, identify trends, and develop concise reports that support short‑term and long‑term business planning.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, interpret financial outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and present findings to senior stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support the creation of business cases for new initiatives such as new attractions, hotel expansions, dining concepts, special events, and cruise itineraries.
- Maintain and enhance financial models using advanced Excel functions, VBA macros, and SQL queries to streamline data extraction and reporting.
- Develop visual dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to communicate complex analyses in an intuitive format.
- Assist in ad‑hoc projects, special investigations, and deep‑dive analyses that drive continuous improvement across the guest experience ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications
