[Remote] E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist
Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SimpleTire LLC is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to lead financial planning and performance tracking for Walmart channels. The role involves managing marketing operations, optimizing catalog health, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance sales programs.
Responsibilities
Lead the Walmart 1P and Walmart 3P financial plan by tracking performance vs. targets (revenue, CM, CVR, AOV) and surfacing risks/opportunities Maintain dashboards/models that tie initiatives to expected lift; document assumptions, results, and learnings Monitor channel mix efficiency and margin guardrails; recommend optimizations based on inventory and performance trends. Support campaign planning/execution by managing timelines and coordinating with Creative/channel leads on seasonal calendars and offers Execute test-and-learn plans (landing pages, promos, audiences) and summarize outcomes with clear next actions Ensure promo execution accuracy (badging, eligibility/exclusions, stacking rules, tracking/attribution) and maintain promo calendar/post-mortems Optimize catalog health by monitoring "buy box" win rates, out-of-stock rates, and listing quality scores to maximize discoverability and conversion Oversee channel-specific health metrics (Late Shipment Rate, Cancellation Rate, Case Logs) to ensure compliance with marketplace SLAs and prevent account suspensions Manage marketing and advertising activities by working with media, marketing, and advertising teams of partners to build and launch successful sales programs Collaborate with cross-functional partners within Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other SimpleTire functions Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving a unit sales forecast and inventory plan for key programs, including dedicated lines and ACC Ensure the alignment of this forecast with internal and external partners through the monthly business planning processes (including inv control, reconciliation, and inbound planning) Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing forecast error, recommending, and implementing appropriate action plans Maintain reports to track and monitor the forecasts, alerts for corrections/improvements, and other analytical insights Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis Hands-on familiarity with eCommerce platforms (CMS), site merchandising tools, or promotional engines Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and DTC business models Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Company Overview Dealer Tire helps auto manufacturers and dealers grow their tire and light maintenance business.
