  • Conduct routine data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing fields, and resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to arenaflex's data entry standards, style guides, and compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply‑chain teams to reconcile discrepancies between system data and physical inventory counts.
  • Document and track changes in a version‑controlled environment to ensure traceability and accountability.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product managers, quality assurance analysts, and IT support—to troubleshoot data‑related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in weekly team huddles and monthly process‑review meetings to share insights, propose enhancements, and adopt best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of automated data‑validation scripts and workflow optimizations that reduce manual effort and increase throughput.

Compliance & Security

Essential Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data‑management platforms (e.g., SQL, Access, or cloud‑based ERP systems) is highly desirable.
