Role Overview

This remote, full‑time position is part of arenaflex’s Advertising Revenue division. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, engineers, marketers, and sales leaders—to design, build, and maintain data products that enable precise audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and real‑time targeting. Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & Optimization: Create, refine, and scale audience segmentation models that predict attributes such as brand affinity, purchase intent, and psychographic profiles.
• Data Integration & Architecture: Ingest and harmonize diverse data sources—including event logs, transaction metadata, and third‑party data—into robust, reusable data models that support terabyte‑scale analytics.

Essential Qualifications
