Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of advanced media measurement methodologies, including revenue lift modeling, ghost ad analysis, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA), and rigorous A/B testing frameworks.
  • Define innovative, data‑driven approaches for media measurement, leveraging internal best practices, external research, and emerging market trends to build compelling business cases and set clear performance targets.
  • Partner with cross‑functional product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to align analytics roadmaps with commercial objectives, prioritize feature development, and secure executive buy‑in.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: translate business requirements into technical specifications, guide implementation, manage risk, and oversee rollout across multiple market segments.
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts in clear, business‑focused language, crafting narratives that tie model outcomes to strategic decisions and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to streamline data pipelines, integrate disparate data sources, and apply modern analytics best practices that deliver actionable insights at scale.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in data science, analytics, ad‑tech, or mar‑tech environments, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact measurement solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R; strong command of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
