Position Overview – Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative (Property & Casualty)

As a Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative specializing in Property & Casualty insurance, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s insurance solutions. You will engage customers via phone, chat, or video, listening attentively to their needs, providing expert advice on coverage options, and guiding them through enrollment or policy modifications. Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in the United States.
  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. address.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in insurance, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly valued and eligible for a differential.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic communication style.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
