Job Title Senior Business Development Representative (Hybrid Outbound & Inbound) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth through a hybrid of high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role requiring comfort with outbound calling at scale, strong discovery skills, and full ownership of the BDR motion. Candidates with prior closing experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both) Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience closing deals or carrying a full sales quota Background in high-velocity or transactional sales environments Experience qualifying both inbound and outbound leads end-to-end Tools & Technology Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms Dialers and sales engagement tools Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
