Today, we are strengthening our business development team and recruiting a Business Developer Strategic (M/F) for a permanent position in Netherlands. Your missions As a key member of the commercial team, you will help shape INOCEL’s market positioning and long‑term growth. The role offers significant autonomy and influence, contributing directly to strategic decisions and the development of new business opportunities. Business Development & Sales Responsibilities Identify and qualify new prospects Conduct prospecting actions (cold calling, emailing, trade shows, etc.) Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio Sales Cycle Management Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations Ensure full follow‑up of opportunities until contract signature Customer Support & Loyalty Support customers throughout project execution Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Reporting & Market Intelligence Provide regular reporting of commercial activity (CRM, dashboards) Monitor market trends in hydrogen and the broader energy transition sector Representation of INOCEL Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, industrial events, and round tables to strengthen brand visibility What we expect

  • Degree in Sales or technical backgroung with proven business abilities
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development for complex products.
  • Solid experience in the generator sector, ideally with hydrogen generators or high‑power energy solutions (>100 kW)
  • Strong understanding of energy‑related challenges and technologies
  • Competitive mindset, persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
