About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer / AI Solutions Consultant to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions within a Microsoft technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, build intelligent agent-based solutions, and help shape the future direction of AI adoption across the organisation. You will play a key role in exploring emerging AI capabilities, developing innovative solutions, and delivering practical business outcomes through automation, intelligent workflows, and conversational AI technologies. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the organisation is leveraging modern technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver better outcomes for the communities it serves. \n Ideal Profile Technical Experience Proven experience developing AI-powered applications, copilots, virtual assistants, or agent-based solutions. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks. Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Microsoft 365, and related platforms. Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and business workflows. Strong software development skills using technologies such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar. Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Desirable Skills Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry. Experience implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks. Experience working within consulting, advisory, or solution-focused environments. Familiarity with business process analysis and solution design methodologies. Personal Attributes Curious, innovative, and passionate about emerging technologies. Responsibilities
Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies and services. Build and configure intelligent AI agents capable of delivering natural, conversational user experiences. Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, business workflows, and Microsoft platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution approaches. Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications aligned to business objectives. Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready AI solutions. Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled business processes and automation initiatives. Provide technical guidance on AI architecture, governance, security, and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution recommendations.
