Position Summary: We are hiring a Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our control panel platform, which supports dashboards, reporting, metrics, budget and cost tracking, and evolution management. This role focuses on defining product direction, prioritizing features, and ensuring the delivery of intuitive, data-driven experiences that empower users to make informed decisions. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps and drive the creation of high-value features across the platform. Role Responsibilities: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the control panel platform. Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements. Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical initiatives to maximize value delivery. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure intuitive, data-rich, and high-performance user experiences. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and iteration. Work closely with data teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage patterns to inform product decisions. Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader business objectives. Partner with engineering to scope technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor product performance and continuously iterate to improve usability, adoption, and impact. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a product lead or product manager for web applications or SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making tools. Experience translating complex requirements into actionable product features and roadmaps. Familiarity with frontend and full stack technologies, APIs, and data integration concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across engineering, design, and business teams. Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and iterating on product features. Preferred Experience: Experience with large-scale dashboards, control panels, or internal enterprise products. Familiarity with financial, budget, or cost tracking tools and metrics. Experience with analytics platforms, data visualization, and reporting solutions. Knowledge of modern web application architectures and frontend technologies. Experience working in fast-growing product organizations with cross-functional teams.
