Junior Finisher & Editor - Graphic & Motion Design (Lebanon)

🎬 The Role As the Junior Finisher & Editor, you will be the core production engine that keeps the platform's digital content pipeline moving at high velocity. Working directly alongside the Senior Designer, you will handle bulk asset adaptation, post-production finishing, and rapid video editing. This position directly intersects with marketplace operations and seller success by producing creative assets for seller acquisition, onboarding materials, and community building initiatives. This role is ideal for an agile, detail-oriented creator early in their career who is eager to execute high-volume content across social media, digital marketing, in-app surfaces, and offline regional event presence. 👤 The Responsibilities Execute core marketplace operations by building, organizing, tagging, and archiving the content asset library to ensure the cross-functional team can access resources efficiently. Drive category growth and support seller success by adapting and resizing approved graphic designs across multiple formats, including Instagram feeds, Stories, Reels, TikTok, in-app banners, email headers, and performance ad creatives. Edit and assemble short-form video content from raw footage, including livestream highlights, vendor shoot clips, behind-the-scenes content, and community recap reels. Apply consistent brand finishing to all assets, checking for color correction, typographic accuracy, format compliance, export settings, and file naming conventions. Support marketing and product initiatives by producing high-volume social media assets under tight deadlines, delivering daily Stories and weekly Reel variations. Elevate regional event presence by assisting with offline asset production, including physical event signage, printed media, and branded merchandise utilizing print-ready specifications. Collaborate with the broader team to assist with basic motion graphics and animation projects under the Senior Designer's guidance. 🎓 The Skills & Competencies 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or content production (strong internship or freelance portfolios will be considered). Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch inconsistencies in spacing, alignment, color, and typography before assets go live. Ability to work comfortably across both English and Arabic asset layouts. High-volume execution capability, maintaining quality and format compliance under tight, fast-paced deadlines. Deep understanding of social media aspect ratios, platform export formats, and platform-specific requirements. ⭐ The Differentiators Familiarity with After Effects or basic motion graphics principles and keyframe animation. Experience using CapCut or similar mobile-first editing tools for rapid social content creation. A genuine interest in livestream commerce, streetwear, sneaker culture, or the collector community.
