Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and arenaflex’s own messaging channels, providing compassionate, clear, and solution‑oriented assistance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve email‑related technical issues, from delivery delays to spam filtering, escalating complex cases to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Multi‑Channel Support: Occasionally engage with customers on social platforms, live chat, and phone, ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Master arenaflex’s suite of email tools, stay updated on new features, and share insights with the team to improve overall service quality.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to and refine customer‑facing help articles, internal FAQs, and standard response templates to empower both users and support colleagues.
  • Spam, Phishing, and Abuse Prevention: Perform daily monitoring tasks that help protect arenaflex’s mail servers from malicious activity, following best‑practice guidelines.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead occasional team huddles, mentor new hires, and participate in interview panels to help shape the future of arenaflex’s support culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Allocate time each week to read internal documentation, product updates, and industry blogs, ensuring you remain a subject‑matter expert.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer support or help‑desk role, preferably within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English; ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, friendly tone.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a knack for spotting patterns, making logical connections, and documenting findings accurately.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation, product release notes, and internal communications.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience using ticketing platforms such as arenaflex (formerly known as Zendesk) or similar systems.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or scripting languages, enabling you to troubleshoot email formatting issues.
  • Previous exposure to email server concepts (IMAP, SMTP, DKIM, SPF) or other internet‑based communication protocols.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
  • Fluency in additional languages spoken in the Kerala region (e.g., Malayalam) is a plus.
