Position Overview: Your Role on the Front Line of Customer Delight

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class support in every single interaction.

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment, you will wear many hats in a single shift: you may be acting as a trusted salesperson, a knowledgeable product guru, a meticulous billing expert, a patient troubleshooter, and an empathetic listener—all in the same day. You will be the face (and voice) of arenaflex, the one on the front line helping our customers navigate challenges, uncover solutions, and unlock the full potential of the products and services they depend on.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing Every Day

As a valued member of our customer experience team, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, challenging, and deeply rewarding. Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling Inbound Customer Inquiries: Answering incoming calls from customers and professionally responding to a wide range of requests, including questions about installation, disconnection, service changes, and the full suite of arenaflex products and services.
  • Proactive Needs Identification & Sales Support: Actively listening to customers to identify their needs and proactively offering relevant arenaflex products, upgrades, and services that add value to their experience.
  • Billing & Collections Outreach: Contacting customers by phone or in writing regarding past-due payments, working collaboratively to find resolution and ensure account accuracy.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing accuracy, rate adjustments, and policy interpretation, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Order Verification & Accuracy: Carefully reviewing service orders to verify accuracy and completeness, making corrections and adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the operational needs of the business—because our customers rely on us around the clock.

Preferred (Even Better) Qualifications

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, the following qualifications will give you a strong head start:

  • Educational Background: A related Associate Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, retail sales, or similar client-facing role.
  • Sales Acumen: Prior success in identifying customer needs and recommending products or services that meet those needs.
  • Bilingual Capabilities: Fluency in additional languages is a significant plus, as it allows us to serve our diverse customer base more effectively.

Work Environment & Flexibility

In this remote-friendly role, you will primarily work from the comfort of your home, equipped with the tools and technology needed to succeed. Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person trainings, team huddles, or meetings at our local reporting location. You must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of your contract, as we reserve the right to request your attendance at the office when needed for collaboration and team connection.

This position is scheduled for 35 scheduled weekly hours, offering a balanced structure that supports both personal well-being and career growth. We are committed to creating a work environment that respects your time, energy, and life outside of work.
