Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Cloud Solutions division at arenaflex. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with a competitive annual salary of $75,000, designed for professionals who are passionate about building lasting client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional value through innovative cloud-based products and services.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within a defined geographic territory, managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, and helping organizations leverage arenaflex's industry-leading platform to solve their most pressing business challenges. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management, sales, or product specialization, who is eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Development: Develop and grow a robust pipeline of named accounts within an assigned geographic region, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strategic, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise accounts, positioning arenaflex as a long-term trusted partner.
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage client relationships with a strategic mindset, creating account plans that maximize impact, drive customer satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep, evolving knowledge of arenaflex's cloud platform, infrastructure solutions, and product offerings, becoming a subject matter expert capable of articulating complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, with a particular emphasis on identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs, pain points, and goals of prospective clients, and demonstrate how arenaflex's solutions—including Software as a Service (SaaS), middleware, mobile applications, and related technologies—can deliver measurable business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure alignment throughout the customer journey.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed strategic sales objectives, quotas, and key performance indicators while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer-centricity.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales strategy, business development, or as a product subject matter expert, preferably in a technology or cloud-based environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, including senior executives.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience promoting and selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, middleware, mobile applications, or similar technology products.
  • Proven success in managing all aspects of the sales cycle, with a particular emphasis on qualifying and closing high-value enterprise accounts.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding strategic sales goals and delivering measurable results.
