  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous reviews of entered data, cross‑checking against source documents to verify completeness, correctness, and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Uphold the highest standards of data privacy by following arenaflex’s security protocols, handling protected health information (PHI) with care, and reporting any potential breaches immediately.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with remote teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional departments to resolve data discrepancies, share best practices, and maintain consistent data quality across the organization.
  • Data Cleanup & Validation: Participate in periodic data cleansing initiatives, identify duplicate records, and assist in the migration of legacy data to new systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of proven experience in a data entry or similar role, preferably within a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (error rate ≤ 2%).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling large volumes of information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or content management systems.
