As a Senior Quantitative Product Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted analytical partner to product managers, engineers, designers, and senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Advanced Analysis: Conducting in-depth analyses using tools such as SQL, Python, and R to extract insights from large, complex datasets and inform product and business decisions.
  • Owning End-to-End Projects: Managing the full analytics lifecycle — from problem definition and metric development to data extraction, visualization, statistical modeling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Translating Data into Stories: Crafting compelling narratives from quantitative findings that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to identify opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
  • Leadership and Influence: Guiding and mentoring junior analysts, providing direction, feedback, and support to elevate the overall analytical capability of the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with stakeholders across multiple departments to align on objectives, define key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving in Ambiguity: Tackling open-ended, undefined problems by leveraging existing tools, creative thinking, and collaborative problem-solving approaches.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and recommending improvements to streamline data operations and reporting processes.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data used in analyses and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working as a team lead or manager within a technical, analytics-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will make your application stand out:

  • Three or more years of professional experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, including statistical analysis and coding in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Prior experience as a team manager within a technical or analytics-focused role.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with product analytics platforms and A/B testing frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of user behavior analytics, product funnels, and retention metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Key competencies include:

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights.
