Position Overview

We are actively seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to become a pivotal member of our Talent Data Operations & Insights team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely, and actionable data is available to stakeholders across the organization. Your work will directly influence strategic talent decisions, drive business outcomes, and empower leaders to act with confidence in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team – coordinate cross‑functional partners, define data standards, and champion best practices for data quality.
  • Develop and maintain a transport roadmap that aligns talent strategy with broader business objectives, ensuring data initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery Leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with data‑backed recommendations.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards that translate complex datasets into clear, digestible formats for non‑technical audiences.
  • Identify priority data projects, integrating multiple internal and external data sources to create a unified view of talent performance.
  • Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors by delivering self‑serve tools, analytics, and consulting services that drive immediate business impact.
  • Influence senior leaders on the adoption of data‑driven governance practices, including process improvements and accountability frameworks.
  • Continuously refine and scale the suite of data tools, ensuring they remain flexible, repeatable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a comparable analytical discipline.
  • Strong domain knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, or HR analytics, with a solid understanding of internal data ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing talent analytics strategies, including data modeling, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Proven track record of translating complex analysis into strategic recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Ability to design scalable, repeatable data solutions that meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, capable of partnering with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with governance initiatives, process improvements, and accountability mechanisms within a data‑centric environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and their data structures.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects in a matrixed, remote‑first organization.
  • Strong project management abilities, including Agile or Scrum methodologies.
