Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our healthcare data systems. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver quality healthcare services and make informed business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Input: Meticulously enter, verify, and manage healthcare data with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring zero tolerance for errors in sensitive patient and operational information.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols while handling sensitive healthcare information, complying with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Regularly audit entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, implementing corrective measures when discrepancies are identified.
  • Record Management: Organize, maintain, and secure both digital and physical records according to established healthcare data management standards.

Work Environment and Flexibility

Qualifications

  • Internship or work experience supporting data management functions of an organization
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including active roles in student or community activities, or sports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with analytical or coding software such as SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in data entry, information management, or related field preferred
  • Certification in data entry or healthcare data management a plus
