  • Managing Reservations and Ticketing: Assist customers in booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, processing ticket changes, issuing refunds, and explaining fare rules and travel restrictions in clear, easy-to-understand language.
  • Delivering Multi-Channel Support: Seamlessly transition between phone, email, live chat, and internal messaging systems while maintaining a consistent, professional, and empathetic tone across all interactions.
  • Resolving Issues on First Contact: Strive to resolve customer concerns during the initial interaction whenever possible, using active listening, critical thinking, and available resources to deliver fast and accurate solutions.
