Position Overview

We are actively hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Analysts to work remotely on a full‑time day shift. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking wisdom‑tooth removal services, guiding them through scheduling, insurance verification, financing options, and post‑consultation follow‑up. You will also collaborate with local surgery managers, support collections efforts, and ensure a seamless, compassionate experience for every caller.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (DOE), with performance‑based commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Immediate start dates are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Scheduling & Coordination: Accurately schedule surgical appointments, confirm patient details, and coordinate with local surgery managers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Insurance & Financing Management: Collect and verify insurance information, process financing applications, and explain fee structures and payment options to patients in both English and Spanish.
  • Call Center Operations: Handle inbound calls across four distinct markets and sixteen office locations, providing consistent, high‑quality service that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Collections Support: Assist the collections team with soft‑collection activities, including payment reminders and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain precise records in the CRM system, ensuring all patient interactions, insurance details, and financing outcomes are logged accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, share best practices, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance the overall patient journey.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to compliance guidelines, privacy regulations (HIPAA), and internal policies while delivering empathetic, solution‑focused support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) with the ability to translate complex information clearly.
  • Residency in Utah (must be able to work from a home office within the state).
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in sales, upselling, or customer support—preferably in a healthcare or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and a strong team‑oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday on one of the following schedules: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, plus every sixth Saturday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in dental or oral‑surgery scheduling, or familiarity with dental insurance processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, scheduling software, and basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Certification or training in customer service excellence, conflict resolution, or related fields.
