Key Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition & Archival: Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of subscriber data related to pricing changes, subscription plans, and new data ingestion processes.
• Incident Remediation Support: Coordinate with the Incident Management team to ensure that affected customers receive appropriate credits or refunds in a timely manner.
• Business Requirement Translation: Work with product, legal, and finance stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear data specifications and remediation workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver concise updates on data pipeline progress, potential roadblocks, and mitigation strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Data Quality & Governance: Build and maintain robust data models that support subscriber analytics, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Manage timelines, cross‑functional handoffs, and resource allocation to guarantee readiness for major product launches and quarterly business reviews.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline data communication processes, develop functional playbooks, and reduce data incident frequency.
• Collaboration with Data Product & Quality Teams: Contribute to the design of resilient data delivery architectures that minimize downtime and enhance reporting accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience writing SQL queries, with a focus on ETL pipelines and data transformation.
• At least 2 years of analytical experience in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, ranging from engineers to senior business leaders.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or comparable data‑science programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
