Job Summary Four Eighteen Logistics is seeking a motivated, results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to support hiring of our FedEx delivery drivers. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong, persistent work ethic. Pay Pay: $100 per recruited qualified driver Schedule: Part-Time | Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with 20+ candidates daily from job ad leads Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications Clearly explain job details, expectations, and next steps Guide candidates through the hiring process including application and background check completion. Create urgency and accountability to ensure candidates complete all onboarding steps in a timely manner. Schedule candidate in-person interviews. Maintain consistent communication with candidates until interview completion. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted outreach campaigns. Manage the candidate pipeline through applicant tracking systems, ensuring timely follow-up and communication. Assist in onboarding new drivers by explaining company policies, safety protocols, and job expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment roles with a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful careers. Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus. Knowledge of commercial driving requirements. Excellent communication skills to engage potential candidates effectively. Ability to assess driving records and ensure compliance with safety standards. Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
