Junior Associate, Financial Reporting & Insights (GTA Offices) Fall 2026

They are seeking a Junior Associate for their Financial Reporting & Insights team, where the candidate will prepare financial statements, tax returns, and build client relationships while ensuring effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently prepare financial statements for Notice to Reader and Review engagement
  • Prepare working files for income tax and information returns for a variety of client sizes
  • Prepare corporate and/or personal tax returns including information returns
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to request and suggestions
  • Completion of ongoing accounting analysis and assignments following established procedures
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Skills

  • You have completed your undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting
  • You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • You have proven leadership skill and can take initiative to seek understanding
  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
