2026 Full-Time Analyst, Consumer M&A
Lincoln International, Inc. is a trusted investment banking advisor focused on mergers and acquisitions, private funds, and capital markets advisory. They are seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join their rapidly growing Consumer M&A practice in Los Angeles, where the Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, client presentations, and supporting due diligence processes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments
- Identifying potential acquirers
- Conducting industry and company-specific research
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
- Supporting the due diligence process
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis
- Attending client meetings
- Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement
Skills
- Successful Analysts are assertive and self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and are detail oriented
- Strong writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas
- Minimum GPA of 3.7 is required
- A 2026 graduate with prior M&A Summer Analyst/Private Equity Summer Analyst experience or a 2025 graduate with working experience in financial services
