[Remote] Aidvantage CSR 1
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PMC Integrity LLC is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their Aidvantage Customer Service Phone team. In this role, you will assist Federal Student Aid borrowers with routine loan servicing questions through various communication channels while enjoying the benefits of a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to pass required background screening and employment verification
- Must reside in the U.S
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
- Must adhere to policies related to protecting personally identifiable information
- Must have the ability to write using proper grammar and punctuation
- May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and Saturdays
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Private and secure workspace from home
- Internet service with sufficient speed for multiple users without latency or lag
- Minimum hard-wire internet download speed of 25mbps (single) / 50mbps (shared); upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred)
- Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred
- Prior call center experience
- Federal student aid, financial services, banking, healthcare, or government contract experience
- Experience supporting federal or state government programs
