Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex plays a critical support role within our office operations. Reporting to the administrative leadership team, you will work closely with our accounting and sales departments, providing the accurate data management and organizational support they depend on to operate effectively. This part-time, fully remote position offers a balanced Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life integration while contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter sales data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring that all information is captured correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database, keeping records current, organized, and easily accessible for team members across departments.
  • Accounting Support: Assist the accounting department by updating financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the integrity of all numerical data.
