Position Overview – Data Entry & Customer Service Associate (Remote & On‑Site)

  • Process online orders for photo products, manage pick‑up logistics, and communicate order status to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the receipt, rotation, and stocking of perishable goods, following FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) principles to maintain product freshness and safety.
  • Operate store equipment safely, including scanners, printers, and point‑of‑sale terminals, and report any malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, compliance modules, and corporate initiatives to stay current with arenaflex standards and industry best practices.
