  • Insurance & Billing Coordination: Verify medical necessity, confirm insurance coverage, and obtain physician orders for all equipment requests, ensuring the Billing Department receives accurate paperwork for claim submission.
  • Active Listening & Conflict Resolution: Employ active‑listening techniques to clarify customer needs, de‑escalate upset callers, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • Product Knowledge Sharing: Provide clear, concise information about arenaflex’s product line, service options, and maintenance procedures, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third‑party payer regulations, applying this expertise to each interaction.

Essential Qualifications
