Position Overview

We are expanding our Customer Care division within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) segment and are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our remote team in the Las Vegas, NV area. This full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and a clear path for career advancement—from Representative I to Representative III and beyond.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice for our members, helping them navigate prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services. Your empathy, problem‑solving skills, and dedication to service excellence will simplify the health‑care journey for our members and open doors to further opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Explain prescription benefit plans, coverage details, and mail‑order options in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
  • Identify member needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions in our Windows‑based CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including pharmacy operations, claims, and IT—to resolve complex inquiries and improve processes.
  • Participate actively in an eight‑week on‑site training program, followed by ongoing virtual learning modules to sharpen product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Adhere to scheduling standards, attendance policies, and performance metrics while balancing personal commitments.
  • Contribute ideas for service enhancements, share best practices, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military service, or similar environment).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work remotely within a 75‑mile radius of Las Vegas, NV, and meet on‑site training requirements.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a secure and distraction‑free workspace, and a commitment to maintaining HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

  • Associate’s degree or related coursework that demonstrates analytical or communication strengths.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities, especially in high‑pressure or ambiguous situations.
