Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Entry Functions

  • Accurately enter, update, and verify data into company databases and client management systems with exceptional attention to detail and minimal error rates
  • Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits, cross-referencing information, and ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and properly formatted
  • Process high volumes of data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily productivity targets
  • Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information and compliance with record retention policies
  • Generate reports and summaries from entered data to support operational decision-making and client reporting requirements
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with company privacy policies

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide specialized technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems, including both software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, arrange, and investigate desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
  • Maintain system passwords, uphold data integrity standards, and ensure file system security protocols are followed at all times
  • Deliver technical assistance to computer system users and address questions or resolve computer issues for clients through various channels including face-to-face interaction, telephone support, and remote desktop sessions
  • Offer comprehensive support regarding the use of computer hardware and software, including printing systems, installation procedures, enterprise applications (such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K), email platforms, and various operating systems
  • Answer customer service requests and accurately determine the nature of technical support issues, whether software or hardware related, while maintaining confidence in Technical Support Group (TSG) standards

Client Communication and Issue Resolution

  • Communicate with clients via telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and work collaboratively to resolve problems such as hardware or software malfunctions, user errors, and configuration challenges
  • Investigate identified issues by asking targeted questions, exploring online knowledge bases, and consulting internal resources such as project notebooks to identify solutions and facilitate resolution
  • Conduct site visits within the designated region to troubleshoot issues or install or update hardware and software when support issues cannot be resolved remotely
  • Perform follow-up communications with clients to verify that issues were resolved completely and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete service orders in a timely manner to avoid operational delays in resolving client issues and maintaining service level agreements

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
