We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physician to join reputed company specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM). We are specifically seeking physicians with multi-state licensure. Candidates with 10+ active state licenses are strongly preferred, and an active Illinois (IL) license is required. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments reputed company telehealth platforms, utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document findings accurately. reputed company and implement individualized care plans focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care, and health coaching strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at reputed company times during telehealth interactions. Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine. Active medical licenses in multiple U.S. states required. Candidates holding 10 or more active state licenses are strongly preferred. An active Illinois (IL) medical license is required and must be included among the physician's active licenses. Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient settings with a strong background in medical office procedures and medical terminology. Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms; experience with telehealth tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of diverse specialties including psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, and critical care practices.
