What Your Day-to-Day Role Will Look Like

As a Danish-speaking Technical Support Customer Service Representative working from your home in Denmark, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Engagement and Problem Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone. Listen actively, identify the root cause of their concerns, and guide them toward effective solutions with empathy and professionalism.

  • Danish Language Proficiency: You must be a fluent Danish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will be supporting Danish-speaking customers on a daily basis.
  • English Language Skills: A solid working knowledge of English is required, as training materials, internal communications, and some partner brand documentation will be provided in English.
  • Denmark Residency: You must currently reside in Denmark and be authorized to work from your registered Danish home address. Please note that this role cannot be performed from outside of Denmark.
  • Dedicated Home Workspace: You will need a quiet, private room in your home where you can work without interruptions during your scheduled hours.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable, high-speed broadband connection is essential for delivering seamless customer service and accessing our internal systems.
