Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Service Business Development Department (Service BDC). This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering top‑tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Execute inbound and outbound calling strategies with professionalism and efficiency.

Appointment Coordination & Service Support

  • Collaborate with Service Managers to verify that each appointment meets operational standards and customer expectations.
  • Track and update appointment statuses, ensuring accurate records in the dealership management system.

System & Process Management

  • Develop and sustain a working knowledge of arenaflex’s dealership systems, CRM tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay informed about current marketing campaigns, manufacturer updates, and promotional offers to relay accurate information to callers.
  • Document call outcomes, follow‑up actions, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Share insights and suggestions for process enhancements with supervisors and peers.
  • Support fellow team members during peak periods, demonstrating a strong team‑player mindset.

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency Requirement: Must be a legal resident of Texas.
  • Phone & Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate phone systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
  • Professional Demeanor: Polite, courteous, and capable of representing arenaflex with confidence.
  • Customer‑Focused Attitude: Ability to deliver a world‑class experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a call‑center environment, preferably with appointment setting or service scheduling.

  • Knowledge of automotive service cycles, warranty processes, and manufacturer service bulletins.

  • Strong written communication skills for accurate note‑taking and follow‑up emails.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and alternating Saturdays.
