Pricing Administrator (Contract)

CONMED Corporation is a progressive, global medical device company, operating in 20 countries. They are seeking a Pricing Administrator to support pricing-related tasks, assist with the pricing expiry and renewal process, and maintain the contracts database while collaborating with the Commercial Excellence Team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the pricing expiry and renewal process
  • Support the Commercial Excellence Team with resolving customer pricing discrepancy order errors and execute resolutions for future orders in collaboration with Customers Excellence and Sales
  • Maintenance of contracts database
  • Work in Oracle to update, add or change pricing of customers
  • Complete ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management

Skills

  • 3 -6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate with customers and employees in professional manner
  • Capability to quickly learn new ERP System (ie. Oracle)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Working towards post-secondary degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
  • Oracle experience is an asset
